Okay, so poor Max is getting quite the reputation from this blog, and this is just adding to it. Well, here is part of the explanation. Max has two sisters, our neighbors next door have three girls. I swap babysitting/playgroup with a couple people, 4 girls come over. The reoccurring theme at our house is girls, girls, girls. And what do girls love to do? Dress-up! So Max (who is around girls all the time) has come up with a theory. He came out with this dress on one day and said, "Mom, it's a blue dress- it's a boy dress!" All pleads were disregarded. I thought if I didn't make a big deal about it, he would forget about the dress. I was wrong. The worst of it came when Max got out of the house and was running up and down the sidewalk in his boy dress. Quick as a wink our neighbor Mark had his video camera out. I am currently looking for counseling for Kyrk. The dress does compliment his eyes! :)
Our children LOVE nuts! They were told to stay in the kitchen, so they sat on the stairs and watched tv with their snack.
Our cousins, Cody and Tanner came over to play. Yeah, some boy time! (And boy, were they rough and tough!)

Yeah, Christian would probably need counseling too. We are currently trying to sway baby Christian away from his love of headbands. If I ever tell daddy Christian about something even remotely girly that baby Christian is getting into, he very as a matter of factly says it "really needs to end". You can tell Kyrk that baby Christian has yet to wear a dress, daddy Christian may just have to tease Kyrk about that.
Ok, wow... poor Kyrk! I am sure that he will make it. Now that is how I was with all the boys around me growing up. A dress?! absolutely not, get me a truck and we were all good. After Kevin and Bruce got done beating on me :) Tell Kyrk he will be ok. I think I did alright.
love you guys
